Right of Withdrawal / Returns Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
Customers acting as consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Nova Fencing of their decision by a clear statement (e.g. email). The withdrawal period is met if the communication is sent before the 14-day period expires.

2. Return Procedure
Returned products must be sent to the following address:

The Customer is responsible for proper packaging of the returned item to prevent damage during transport.

3. Condition of Returned Goods
The product must be returned unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and accessories. Nova Fencing reserves the right to reduce the refund amount if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are custom-made or personalized, including but not limited to:

  • engraved blades or components,
  • oxidized or specially finished surfaces,
  • customized handle types,
  • any modifications made upon Customer request.

Such items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Nova Fencing will process the refund within 14 business days from the date the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse in Poland.

6. Return Costs
Unless otherwise agreed, the Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

7. Liability
Nova Fencing is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

8. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by applicable international commercial laws and consumer protection regulations relevant to cross-border e-commerce transactions.
