Empowering the Next Generation of Swordsmen Worldwide

At Nova Fencing, we believe that every great journey begins with the right blade, a dedicated mentor, and a community that feels like family. Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) and classical fencing are growing faster than ever, driven by the passion of local clubs and grassroots schools.

However, we also know that accessing high-quality, reliable training equipment can be a major hurdle for smaller and developing clubs.

That is why we created the Nova Heritage Grant: Forge the Future Initiative. This global sponsorship program is our way of giving back to the fencing community by providing high-quality training swords directly to organized clubs, associations, and fencing schools that are ready to take their training to the next level.

Why We Are Doing This

Our mission is simple: to remove barriers and forge the future of fencing. We want to support the growth of niche training centers, foster safety and technical excellence, and build lasting partnerships with instructors and students worldwide. By putting proper training swords into the hands of eager martial artists, we are helping local communities preserve martial traditions while shaping modern athletes.

Who Can Apply?

This program is specifically designed for:

• Organized Groups: Registered sports clubs, HEMA schools, non-profit athletic associations, and formal fencing academies (please note: the grant is not open to individual private applications).
• Growing Communities: Small to mid-sized clubs that demonstrate active engagement in their local communities and maintain a public presence on social media.
• Passionate Partners: Clubs that are excited to collaborate with Nova Fencing, share their training journey online, and help us spread the passion for high-quality craftsmanship.

How the Partnership Works

Each partnership is unique. Selected clubs will receive a complimentary equipment grant tailored to their specific needs, with the exact quantity and models of Nova Fencing training swords determined individually during the application review.

In the spirit of mutual growth, selected clubs agree to become official Nova Fencing Technical Partners, featuring the brand on their channels and actively sharing their training experiences with our gear through a 6-month social media campaign.

A Personal Touch: Expert Workshops 🤺

We love connecting with the community face-to-face! Whenever possible, your new gear will be delivered personally by one of Nova Fencing’s experts.

To make this delivery even more special, we love combining it with an exclusive, free fencing workshop led by our certified instructor and brand representative. These educational sessions, covering technical fencing concepts, proper equipment utilization, and blade maintenance, are completely free of charge for the accepted Club. It’s a fantastic opportunity to train together, share knowledge, and kickstart our partnership in person! (Note: While the workshop instruction itself is our gift to you, clubs are asked to assist with the instructor’s basic travel and lodging logistics, as detailed in our Terms & Conditions).
