This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing personal data and maintaining the confidentiality of users of the nova-fencing.com website.
The controller of personal data is: Michał Rutkowski Nova Armory, with its registered office at ul. Jarochowskiego 36/5, 60-238 Poznań, Poland (hereinafter: “Data Controller”).
Personal data collected via nova-fencing.com is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

- Service – the website operated by the Data Controller at nova-fencing.com.

- Stand – temporary sales point operating during events such as conventions, fairs, or outdoor events.

Personal data is provided directly by Users. Additionally, the Service automatically collects certain data such as cookies and IP addresses.

When placing an order, the User provides:
